Seminole Stores has a long dedicated history
of serving the Marion County horse industry. On April 24,
1934, the first Seminole retail store opened its doors in
Ocala, Florida. The building was small and humble, but its
founders had big dreams and an absolute commitment to bringing
excellent service and expertise to customers in the areas
of feed, seed, fertilizer and other agricultural products. In
the 1950’s the company grew rapidly. To meet the needs
of horse farms in Marion County, the company built a feed
mill and began manufacturing horse feed in
January 1968.
Seminole insisted on quality products, service and value for its customers. The company’s dedication and hard work paid off. Today, Seminole Stores, still a family owned business, has 3 Marion County locations to better serve you.
In addition to providing Seminole Feeds, Seminole Stores offer a vast array of horse & farm supplies, from quality hay, bedding, equine health products and tack, to pet foods & products, fertilizers, lawn & garden supplies and hardware.
